• Analysis of procedures and projects details with the Customer
• Estimates for works other than transport
• Management of materials and orders placement to suppliers
• Planning of activities

  • Pre-delivery (equipment mounting, HW and SW customizations in Staging areas and warehouse laboratories)
  • During delivery (Site preparation)
  • Finishing activity when positioning is completed

• Roll-out plan agreed with the Customer
• Transport, Positioning, installation and accessory activities
• Draft of documents according to Legal Decree 81/09 POS and Duvri
